Star Realty Property Management specializes in residential property management in Spring, Texas of single-family homes, condominiums, townhouses, and duplexes. Please see above for a current list of all available residential properties, rental applications, tenant selection criteria, and the necessary items required to process an application.
Landlord's Leasing Selection Criteria: We use an Independent Third Party that uses TransUnion Credit Bureau for Credit checks. They also do a National and Federal Criminal Background Check (Compared to the regular local or County background check), Rental Verification, and Employment Verification. In addition, we require a copy of a valid Texas Driver's License, copies of the 4 most recent Pay stubs, and a copy of the most recent electric bill. If a pet is involved, the Applicant must have their pet individually screened through another Independent Third Party.
