Communication
Star Realty Property Management feels that open communication is a vital factor in building a professional-client relationship. Our goal is to communicate with you in a manner that leaves you comfortable and well-informed, expense reports will be uploaded to the Owner's Portal. We seek to exceed all communication expectations.
- Office staff handles bookkeeping, property repair requests, leasing, and renewals
- Owner approves or declines all new tenants
- By the 15th of each month, your Monthly Detailed Income and Expense Reports along with all copies of invoices for work performed, will be sent to you, and your check will be remitted via electronic deposit.
